Repackage your item(s) along with the completed Exchange Request Form included on reverse of packing slip, and return to us within 10 days of receipt of original shipment. All items returned must be unused and in their original packaging.You need to complete the Returns Form included with your Invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. In order for us to further develop our products and services please give a reason why the products are not suitable and whether you require an exchange or refund.
We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Make sure your items are securely wrapped.
If, after sending your parcel back you have not been contacted by us, please kindly contact the Customer Service Team.
Returning items is your responsibility along with any expenses this will incur.
Our warehouse will process your refund within 15 working days of you posting your return. You will be sent a notification email once your refund has been processed. For refunds we will reimburse you using your original payment method.
Eligible Products:
- In original, factory condition – unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached – and in original packaging.
- Odour-Free. Any odours on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange.
- Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.
Ineligible Products:
- Last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.
If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of returning the item(s) to you at your cost.
We regret we cannot offer returns to store on sale items.
An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange or gift card provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.
We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for recorded delivery postage on the item. Please contact the Customer Service Team who will advise you on how to proceed.
